    Checo and Lisa Ramirez started up Ramirez's Fine Furniture once their daughter Tessa started school. They no longer had to worry about Tessa as a toddler, juggling her and the shop because she would be in school as they ran the shop. This was their first business, and they wanted to do it right. Checo's first order of management was hiring Kenneth Miller. Kenneth stocked the shelves while Lisa ran the counter and Checo talked it up on the sales floor.
    The first week of after the opening went by a little difficultly, but what business doesn't start up with a few bumps here and there? There was some readjusting in the prices and as Checo practiced his sales skills, over time, things improved. It wasn't long before this first rate furniture store turned into the best place to shop!
    After their first year, Lisa has started a website to sell to Sims in all different neighborhoods and cities! They were getting orders in all the time! Business was going great! And Tessa was doing good in school, and even helped out around the store a bit.
    Then one day a big surprise came into their lives. Lisa was pregnant! What would they do? They purposely postponed opened the store while Tessa was a toddler because they didn't think they would have enough time for both those things at once! But of course, the baby wasn't there yet so they put it out of their minds until the baby arrived. Lisa stayed behind the register that whole time! And one day, she went into labor. Needless to say the store closed early.
    Well if you thought the baby alone was a surprise, Lisa ended up having twins! Two boys, Tucker and Trent! Whatever were Checo and Lisa to do? The business was so popular, but they had just had twin boys! (And you can just forget about a nanny).
    Well, sure enough the figured things out. Checo hired some extra help around the store and Lisa stayed at home and managed the new Ramirez's Fine Furniture website. Everything worked out perfectly! So you could see what this little business became a huge success so fast! With two hard workers like these two, the business couldn't get any better.
