Image Conclusions on The Sims 3 by: Bologna | Edited by: Bologna
A new image was recently released for The Sims 3 and it gave us a lot to look at regarding the future game heading our way in just one short year. There are several conclusions that can be drawn from this picture.
Firstly, the child having a picnic with his parents does indeed confirm that children will be in The Sims 3. While most people realize that, it is still questioned among many so we can now see that it is, indeed, true. Now Another question posed is whether children will age like in the Sims 2, or just poof from baby to child and stay a child like in Sims 1. There are many good arguments on this topic. One might say, why would EA downgrade from the Sims 2? They simply wouldn't! So we have a pretty good feeling that children in the Sims 3 will age similarly to how they age in the Sims 2.
Another thing we see is the amazing new landscape. The wildlife is much more detailed and there is a wider variety. This makes the game look so much nicer. And the whole "seamless neighborhood" really pops out at you in this picture. Why would you say that? You may ask, but no need for I was to tell you anyways. You see, in the Sims 2, you would not be able to see the mountains and town on the other side of the lake. This picture implies that, unless a building or other big object is obstructing your view, you can see the whole town from where ever your sim may be.
The picture also suggests a wide array of activities for your sim to take part in. However, there was a Sims 2 picture that can be found in your Sims 2 folder if you look hard enough that also showed a "picnic like scene" when it was really staged (as in the picnic blanket was tile) and picnicking was not an option. Perhaps it now is, and who knows what else is to come?
That's about all the speculation I could conjure up on this one. Feel free to ponder on your own and admire the rather spectacular graphics of the Sims 3. Hopefully we will have more images soon that will give us a lead on something.
It has been Quite Some Time by: Bologna | Edited by:Bologna
Unfortunately it has been quite some time since the last issue of the Blabbity was released. We are very sorry for this. But now we are back, and better then ever! (Or at least we'd like to think so). We hope to bring you a new Issue every week this July and August, but we are sorry if we do not.
As you can see, there is a new look to the Blabbity. We figured the old look was getting dull and boring. Stop in at our new forums and tell us what you think about the new look!
